HazeHosting provides web hosting, domain registration, and related services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, either express or implied.

We reserve the absolute right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or terminate any aspect of our services at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, and without any liability to you.

By creating an account with HazeHosting, you acknowledge and agree that:

• HazeHosting retains all rights, title, and interest in and to all accounts created on our platform
• HazeHosting may access, review, modify, or remove any content hosted on our services at any time, for any reason, without notice
• HazeHosting may terminate, suspend, or restrict access to any account at our sole and absolute discretion
• You are solely responsible for maintaining backup copies of all your data

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintaining your own backups of all data and content

You agree not to use our services to:

• Transmit any unlawful, harmful, or offensive content
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam)
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Host phishing sites or fraudulent content
• Consume excessive server resources that impact other users

HazeHosting reserves the sole right to determine what constitutes a violation. Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all hosting plans. Domain registrations and add-on services are non-refundable. After the 30-day period, all fees are non-refundable.

• Prepaid services beyond the guarantee period are non-refundable
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with notice
• Non-payment may result in service suspension

HazeHosting may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination:

• All rights granted to you will immediately cease
• You must immediately stop using our services
• We may delete your data after a reasonable notice period

ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HazeHosting disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HazeHosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to HazeHosting in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts in our chosen jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
